Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on any items within 30 days of receiving your order. We issue store credit on returns, no cash back. We will issue a store credit as long as your product is in the original packaging and in saleable condition.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
It’s easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.

Pack your item and include your original packing slip.
Mail the package to: 302 Patience Harbor, Suite 786, South Madisentown, Washington, United States
Once we receive your item, we’ll send you confirmation via e-mail.
We will process your store credit after receiving the item. Please allow up to 5 days.
If you don’t have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

Please note: unless the return is due to an error, we cannot refund shipping charges.
